India Rubber Meet (IRM) is a collective mission of Indian rubber industry involving producing, processing, trading, consuming and other related sectors. Delegate Fee of IRM 2018 is intentionally fixed at a lower rate to ensure maximum participation. Hence a major portion of the budget is to be sourced as sponsorship fee. .
All firms/institutions/agencies in rubber and related sectors are cordially invited to become sponsors of this mega event. Sponsorship of IRM 2018 can be at four levels viz., Platinum, Gold, Silver and Supporter with a wide range of benefits aimed at providing ample visibility and recognition.

Payment of sponsorship fee
Sponsorship fee can be remitted by A/c payee cheque or Demand Draft drawn in favour of “India Rubber Meet” payable at par at Kottayam, Kerala. The amount can also be sent by Electronic Fund Transfer /Net banking.

Sponsorship Tax exemption
The Rubber Board is exempted under Section 10 (29)(A)(b) of the Income Tax Act. Therefore income tax deduction at source is not required
Deadlines
Deadlines would apply in case of benefits where materials (such as advertisement, video etc) have to be supplied by the sponsor.
Sponsorship benefits such as message and advertisement in event handbook and corporate logo and sponsor name on writing pad will be limited to sponsors confirming their sponsorship before 15 July 2018.
