Charu has 14 years of global professional experience. He has been with TATA Strategic since 2012. Prior to TATA Strategic, he has worked with TRW Inc. in USA for 5 years and thereafter as an Executive Director with Auchtel Products Ltd. (Formerly Henkel Chemicals India Ltd.) for 8 years. Charu has full business cycle experience, which includes planning and executing corporate strategy, and managing Independent P&L. His domain expertise includes speciality chemicals and oleochemicals. His functional specialization includes Formulation of Entry and Growth Strategy, Technology Upgradation, Operational Excellence and Formation of M & A / Joint Ventures.
Charu holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Michigan, USA and has completed his MBA from Michigan’s Ross School of Business, USA.
