India Rubber Meet (IRM) is a collective mission of Indian rubber industry involving producing, processing, trading, consuming and other related sectors. Delegate Fee of IRM 2015 is intentionally fixed at a lower rate to ensure maximum participation. Hence a major portion of the budget is to be sourced as sponsorship fee.
For IRM 2014, 75% of the revenue was through sponsorships (List of IRM 2014 sponsors can be downloaded from this website). The IRM Organising Committee profoundly thanks our 2014 Sponsors and Supporters.

Payment of sponsorship fee
Sponsorship fee can be remitted by A/c payee cheque or Demand Draft drawn in favour of “India Rubber Meet” payable at par at Kottayam, Kerala. The amount can also be sent by Electronic Fund Transfer /Net banking.

Rubber Board – Sponsorship Tax exemption
The Rubber Board is exempted under Section 10 (29)(A)(b) of the Income Tax Act. Therefore income tax deduction at source is not required.
Deadlines
Deadlines would apply in case of benefits where materials have to be supplied by the sponsor.
